Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day the St. Charles way at the Main Street parade! The St. Charles St. Patrick’s Day Parade turns the town green as festive floats make their way through the historic district. Visit on March 17 and grab a spot along the parade route before the parade starts at 4 PM.

The parade begins at the Lewis & Clark Boat House and Museum parking lot, goes up James MacKay Drive, and turns north on Main Street, where it ends at Adams Street. Make the most of your visit and check out the shamrock-themed items at local shops and Irish specials at restaurants (or, stop at Main Street’s Irish pub, Llywelyn’s, for a full Irish meal).
