Blooms, Brews, and Cheer: A Guide to St. Charles' Spring Festivals

Flowers are blooming, outdoor enthusiasts are returning to the Katy Trail, and picturesque sunny days are back on Main Street signaling that spring has sprung in St. Charles. Celebrate spring at exciting local festivals you don’t want to miss.

The spring festival season begins May 4-5 with Main Street in Bloom. Shops and restaurants on Historic Main Street are decorated with colorful ribbons and floral displays. Both days feature a parade with the Lewis & Clark Fife and Drum Corps followed by a Maypole Dance. Spring festivals continue with Brew Fest on May 18th in Historic Missouri Wine Country. Sample brews from local brewers and enjoy live music amongst the backdrop of the historic village at the Historic Daniel Boone Home. Celebrate the arrival of spring the German way at Midwest Maifest on May 19th with a symbolic maibaum, live entertainment, and vendors in New Town. All things Irish are celebrated the following weekend at the Missouri River Irish Fest. Take the kids to the Wee Folk Village, enjoy Irish fare, and dance to live music.

These festivals are just a glimpse of what St. Charles has in store this spring. Experience the best of spring at these St. Charles events.
