Since 1986, Saint Charles Oktoberfest has been a highly anticipated, family-favorite Saint Charles festival. Since then, it has become one of the most popular Bavarian festivals in the nation and is quickly becoming a contender for the largest family-friendly festival in the Midwest. In 2022 it was named ‘the Best Food & Drink Event in St. Louis’ by Feast Magazine, and this year will be even better. From the Opening Ceremony’s “O’zapft is!” to the hotly contested Wiener Takes All Dachshund races, to the amazing line-up for entertainment, food, and beer, this year’s Festival will have the entire family shouting “Prost!”

| Legends & Lanterns®, a "spirited" journey through Halloween History is an annual event that finds its inspiration from the past. From the vintage charm of Halloween in the 1910s-1930s, to the historical rituals and customs brought to the holiday by the Druids and Victorians, to the ethereal atmosphere depicted in American ghost stories and Brothers Grimm fairy tales; this event will offer treats and tricks for guests of all ages. A little bit silly. A little bit macabre. But all in fun. |

| Book your stay for the 49th season of Saint Charles Christmas Traditions®. Historic Main Street St. Charles will transport you to a world of yuletide nostalgia and fantasy, where Victorian carols fill the air, sugarplums dance in your head, and a host of international ambassadors invite you to explore holiday customs from around the world. The season opens on Friday, November 24 and runs each Friday, Saturday, & Sunday until Christmas Eve. If you’re only visiting during the week, head to historic Main Street on Wednesday evenings for late night shopping, dining, and a Saint Charles Christmas Traditions® presentation of “A Christmas Carol Stroll”! |
